South Country Health Alliance (SCHA) is a county-based health plan provider that works with individuals in 12 counties in Minnesota. These counties include Todd, Wadena, Morrison, Kanabec, Sibley, Brown, Goodhue, Wabasha, Waseca, Steele, Dodge and Freeborn. Founded in 2001, South Country Health Alliance aims to help their members be as healthy as possible while working with local providers and agencies to provide quality health services to their clients. SCHA provides both Medicaid and Medicare programs.
